VEXCEL ULTRASCAN MAINTENANCE PLANS
It is possible to contract different kind of support maintenance agreements for your scanner, depending on your budget and needs:

“Bronze” support maintenance agreement includes access to software patches and bug fixes. |

“Silver” support maintenance agreement: In addition to the “bronze” agreement includes one preventive maintenance on-site visit (including labour, parts and travel expenses) and one yearly exchange of consumable spare parts if necessary (fluorescent lamps). |

“Gold” support maintenance agreement: In addition to the “silver” agreement includes extra visits for repair services if required (travel expenses NOT included). It is also included a factory repair of scanner if necessary (shipment costs not included). |
All of them are yearly contracts and always include unlimited free access to our support web service and telephone and e-mail support with a maximum response time of 24 hours (except during Madrid and Spain business days).
Spare part shipments costs are NOT included in any case, and the payment conditions for all cases are 100% advanced payment at conditions acceptance. |
